<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid printer which causes no substantial misregistration. <P>SOLUTION: A hybrid printer 10 is capable of performing both of printing by using an electrophotographic system and printing by using an ink jet system, and is equipped with: a first image forming part 14 for forming a toner image on a printing medium by using the electrophotographic system; a fixing roller 13 for fixing the toner image formed on paper 2 thereon; a second image forming part 16 for forming an ink image on the paper 2 by using a printing head 15; a transport drum 11 having an outer circumferential surface on which the paper 2 is fixed and rotating to transport the fixed paper 2 to the positions of the image forming part 14, fixing roller 13 and image forming part 16; and a printing control part 18 for controlling the movement and position of the drum 11 and the action of the image forming part 14, fixing roller 13 and image forming part 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
