PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an abnormal signal either in stationary or travelling by providing a second gyroscope of low precision with respect to a first gyroscope. SOLUTION: A first gyroscope (1) of an unattended transportation vehicle (2) is provided with a second gyroscope (10) whose precision is lower than the former. First and second gyroscopic output signals (3 and 11) are used to output an abnormal signal (5), thereby detecting an abnormality of the first gyroscope (1). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
