<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device wherein the light emission amount of a laser light source and a signal outputted from the laser device do not change by the temperature variation of the laser light source of the laser device. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature of a laser light source 2 is detected by providing the laser device 1 with a temperature detection means 4. A control means 7 controls a laser driving current supply circuit body 5 and a regeneration treatment means 6 according to the detection temperature detected by the temperature detection means 4, and the light emission amount of the laser light source 2 is fixed for preventing the temperature variation of a photosensitive element 8 from affecting a signal from the photosensitive element 8 of the laser device 1 to the regeneration treatment means 6. When the temperature detection means 4 detects a temperature, a temperature detection element can be attained as a resistance element, for example, or attained as a diode or attained as a transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
