PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment improving body balance and body supporting force, and bringing out motional effect to the maximum when worn; and to provide a method for forming posture and a training instruction method each on the basis of the garment.

SOLUTION: The method for forming ideal posture under an antigravity function comprises setting a plane stimulating member on a place corresponding to a functional skin area of at least one muscle selected from muscle groups classified based on strength or weakness of muscle tension caused by inconsistency between the posture and neural transmission influenced by skillfulness to suppress the neural transmission of the muscle. The training instruction method comprises setting the plane stimulating member to make a wearer take ideal motion. The tights 2a are made to to have plane stimulating parts 22 each formed on the place where the plane stimulating member is set when worn.
