PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently collecting spatial information by utilizing a mobile telephone set or the like. SOLUTION: In the method, information is collected from multimedia equipment built in the cellular phone by using a program running function of the mobile telephone set, and transmitted to an information collection server together with the identification information of an information collector and input information. The operation part and display part of the mobile telephone set are utilized to simultaneously perform procedures of control of incorporated equipment, input of information, reference and transmission.
