PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poppet valve stably working under a condition of high pressure and a large flow rate. SOLUTION: Elastic bodies 6a, 6b to add damping force in the lateral direction and to return the eccentric valve to a shaft center are inserted as a first means. A two mass system poppet valve making two pieces of movable mass in the lateral direction is made as a second means, and a poppet valve system stabler in science of vibration is proposed.
