PURPOSE: Provided is a water cap and water vest for use in marathon practice to have water in a hose built in the cap or vest so that a user has an easy access to water during the marathon practice. CONSTITUTION: The water cap includes a stopper(1) with an air vent(2) formed on the top, a built-in water hose(3,6) through which water is poured and drained, an opening/closing unit(4) at the rim of the cap, a hook(5), and a stopper(6) at the end of the hose. Optionally, helium or hot/cold materials can be sealed inside the hat. The hose(3,6) is made from vinyl. Similarly, the water vest includes a built-in water hose(7) through which water is poured and drained, and a stopper(1) with an air vent(2).
