AUTO DOSING SYSTEM OF PAINTS AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE: An auto dosing system of paints and its method are provided to perform a more accurate production of the paints including productions according to mixing rate of the paints and desired color. CONSTITUTION: A headquarter production management system(100) provides fabrication instructions on the basis of actual fabrication merits and equipment operation information of a factory. A data management system(200) transmits fabrication instructions and data related to the production to the production management system and a database(300). An input processing system(400) inputs paints of each paint tank(DT1-DTn) and receives its result. An analog data processing system(500) transmits analog data like the present total stock and temperature, pressure and power and manages them. A mixture processing system(600) manages a process of mixing the paints inputted by the input processing system. A distribution processing system(700) distributes the mixed paints. A factory production management system manages the processes of each production process according to the fabrication instructions of the data management system. And an operation state display system(900) outputs errors and operation states generated during the production process.
