PURPOSE: A method for increasing productivity of an exogenous protein in bacteria is provided, thereby inhibiting fiberization phenomenon and increasing the division rate of bacteria cells by co-expressing ftsA and ftsZ genes derived from E. coli with exogenous protein gene. CONSTITUTION: A method for increasing productivity of an exogenous protein in bacteria comprises the steps of: co-transforming bacteria such as E. coli with a recombinant plasmid pACfAZ2 containing ftsA gene (SEQ ID NO: 1) and ftsZ(SEQ ID NO: 2) gene derived from E. coli and a recombinant plasmid containing a gene encoding an exogenous protein to produce the recombinant bacteria; and fed-batch culturing high concentration of the recombinant bacteria to obtain the exogenous protein.
