FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning grain from contaminants; creating grain flow in the form of falling rain; creating aerosol flow of propionic acid comprising additive of chitosan; feeding aerosol flow of propionic acid through supersonic horn and further for contacting with grain flow. Source of chitosan is preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella beljakovae micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above- critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue.
