PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally perform dismantlement work of a relatively small incinerator contaminated by dioxin etc. SOLUTION: In dismantling an incinerator contaminated by a hazardous material, a pre-dismantling work for subsectioning the incinerator into a dimension suitable for transporting, and a wrapping work for sealing the pre-dismantled incinerator are performed at the site before transporting the pre-dismantled incinerator to a dismantling factory to perform a decontamination work and a full dismantlement work.
