PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transmittance control of high degree by applying/non-applying voltage and to adjust transmittance in two states which are preliminarily set, in a light control window. SOLUTION: In the light control window formed by laminating a liquid crystal sheet 7 having a liquid crystal/a polymer composite containing a dichroic dye, a liquid crystal, and a polymer between glass plates or polycarbonate plates via an adhesive resin 9, light scattering transmittance is controlled so as to be≤30% and light transmittance is optionally adjusted so as to be in two states of 11 to 30% and≤10% by applying/non-applying voltage.
