PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable connection by calking with a press in the case that the end parts of two aluminum tubes which are bent on the way are connected to flange fittings made by aluminum die casting. SOLUTION: In a work clamping device for clamping a work W with a pair of clamping pieces 6, 7, a space under a clamping lever 14 becomes free by pressing the back of the clamping piece 7 by using the clamping lever 14 driven with a hydraulic cylinder 12, so the space is taken as the occupancy space for the work W such as bent piping. In this way, it is enabled that the end parts of the two aluminum tubes W2, W3 which are bent on the way are clamped and connected to the flange fittings by calking with the press.
