PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make underfloor wiring unnecessary. SOLUTION: The heating sheet 31 is equipped with an insulating waterproof protecting film 32, electric wires 33A, 33B print-wired on the protecting film 32, a heating ink layer 34, and electrodes 36A, 36B installed on a substrate 35 of the protecting film 32, and heat is generated from the heating ink layer 34 by making current flow in the heating ink layer 34 by connecting an ac power source to the electrodes 36A, 36B. In the heating sheet 31, an extended part 35A is formed in the substrate 35, lead wires 37A, 37B are printed-wired in the extended part 35A, and connectors 38A, 38B are installed in the lead wires 37A, 37B.
