PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear mechanism capable of holding an interval among planetary gears in a proper state even if a carrier cannot be used due to small space and without causing shaft displacement nor oscillation of a power transmission shaft. SOLUTION: A plurality of the planetary gears 4 meshed with a solar gear are arranged with equal intervals to each other in the circumference of the solar gear 2, and a fixed internal gear 5 and a movable internal gear 6 meshed with these planetary gears 4 are arranged to face each other. Spacers 7 revolving around the solar gear 2 together with the planetary gears 4 while properly holding the interval between each of the planetary gears 4, 4 are respectively stored in the spaces 8 between the planetary gears 4, 4. The spacers 7 are spherical, a plurality of them are arranged along the axial CL direction of the solar gear 2 and they are formed in dimensions rotatable in relation to the fixed internal gear 5, the movable internal gear 6 and the planetary gears 4.
