<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell capable of enhancing the efficiency of photovoltaic conversion by increasing the amount of sunlight which can be utilized in a short wavelength range of the light. <P>SOLUTION: This thin film solar cell has a transparent conductive layer 102 which is formed on a surface of a substrate 101 and is composed of indium oxide containing zinc; a unit cell 106 which transfers an optical energy to an electric energy and comprises a p layer 103, an i layer 104 and an n layer 105; and a collection electrode layer 107 for taking out the transferred electric energy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
