PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vibration-proof rubber on the lower side of a condenser from dropping off from a vehicle body. SOLUTION: An engagement projecting part 10c is integrally formed with the vibration-proof rubber 10. Thus, since the engagement projecting part 10c is engaged with part of the vehicle body 9, the vibration-proof rubber 10 can be firmly fixed on the vehicle body 9. Accordingly, drop-off of the vibration-proof rubber 10 from the vehicle body 9 can be prevented, enhancing vibration absorbing performance of the vibration-proof rubber 10 by reducing an elastic coefficient of a vibration absorbing part 10a.
