PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in some cases abnormalities cannot be grasped when leaving from a monitoring room, since an alarm sound in the alarm device of a supervisory control system is set to a fixed volume beforehand. SOLUTION: When the alarm sound outputted from a monitor section is a buzzer or the like of an alarm unit, the volume is controlled by combining a digital output from the monitoring section and an analog signal for volume adjustment and enlarging an output width in time series. When the alarm sound outputted from the monitoring section is sounding of an electronic sound to a loud speaker, the volume of a WAV file output is controlled by using an API (application program interface).
