<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound useful as interferon gamma, etc., by successively reacting a resin containing no functional group except a functional group participating in peptide bond as a substrate with an amino acid under a strongly acidic condition and simply carrying out washing even if chains are extended and molecules are agglomerated. CONSTITUTION:In synthesizing peptide by solid phase method, a resin (e.g. divinylbenzene crosslinked chloromethylated polystyrene resin, etc.) containing no functional group except a functional group participating in peptide bond is used as a substrate is reacted with an alpha-amino group-protecting amino acid under a strongly acidic condition according to amino acid sequence of peptide, the alpha-amino-protecting group is removed, these operations are repeated to successively react the amino acid. By this method, washing with methylene chloride is simply carried out even if molecules are agglomerated with extension of peptide chain and the aimed peptide is obtained.</p> |
