PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog electronic time-piece which is stable in the gearing state of train wheel at 0-th step of winding stem and does not present a possibility of damaging train wheel bearing with a reset lever at the first step of the winding stem. SOLUTION: The first lower shaft contact part for coming into contact with the lower shaft part 150g of a third wheel and pinion is provided to the reset lever 180, and the second lower shaft contact part is provided to main plate 102. The first longitudinal axis line of a first long hole constituting the first lower shaft contact part coincides with a straight line connecting the rotation center of the third wheel 150 and the rotation center of the reset lever 180. The second longitudinal axis line of a second long hole, constituting the second lower shaft contact part perpendicularly, crosses the first longitudinal axis line in a state with a third pinion 150c geared with a second gear 152b. In the time indication state, a part of the reset lever 180 comes into contact with the positioning part 102f of the reset lever of the main plate 102 and the third pinion 150c engage with the second gear 152b.
