<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for processing a monthly accounting contrasting monthly sales with monthly expenditure of maintenance contact on a computer. <P>SOLUTION: This accounting system is provided with a batch sales acceptance means accepting order amount data as batch consideration when providing services related to a continuous contact extending over a fixed period at any time, a reversing means calculating the monthly sales by dividing the order amount accepted by the batch sales acceptance means by the contract month, reversing data storage means storing the monthly sales amount calculated by the reversing means, and an accounting means reading the data of the monthly amount stored in the data storage means as the sales at a monthly settling day and executing the monthly accounting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
