PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AM type OLED (organic light emitting device) display device which the variation of OLED element driving current is sufficiently suppressed.

SOLUTION: This invention makes a plurality of transistors into a parallel connection state when data current is read into pixels and makes the plurality of transistors into a serial connection state when a selfluminous element is made to emit light. Consequently, variation of light emission brightness among the pixels so as to be a practical problem is prevented since an influence of the variation among the plurality of transistors is suppressed as small even when the variation exists among the plurality of transistors constituting an element for drive in the same pixel.
