<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the section to be charged from slip and to compression- mold resin material without occurrence of flashes by a method wherein a thin cloth printed previously with points or the like as the index of charging pattern is set between a top and a bottom force, resin material is mounted after the pattern ad then the cloth and the resin are compression-molded together. CONSTITUTION:Index points 6 of a charged pattern are printed and impressed previously by points, lines on the surface of the thin cloth 2. Then, the resin material 1 is set on the pattern to be charged of the thin cloth 2 and hung between the forces 3, 4 in a press 5. The forces 3, 4 are driven to compression- mold the resin material 1 and the thin cloth 2 in a unitary body. EFFECT:Products obtained are free from defectives such as short shot etc. and excellent in external appearance.</p> |
