PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the edition of video data by using operation system which is user-friendly. SOLUTION: When a user selects chapter images 121-2, 121-4 and 121-5 as the chapter image for shifting, arranges a cursor 131 of a mouse on a moving end button 122-1 and performs clicking operation of the mouse, information processing equipment moves the chapter images for shifting to front of a chapter image 121-1, corresponding to the moving end button 122-1 and displays the chapter images 121-2, 121-4, 121-5, 121-1 and 121-3, in this order.
