<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability related to an image formation output instruction of a document. <P>SOLUTION: By a document management application capable of displaying, on one operation screen of a document management client, information of a document control server and of a document managed by the document management server, and information of an image formation job management server, an instruction of image formation preparation for the document managed by the document management server on the operation screen is received; intermediate files for image formation are automatically created from the data of the document according to the instruction, stored and managed in the image formation job management server, and tabulated on the operation screen; the instruction of image formation for the tabulated image formation job is received; and the image formation job with image for which image formation is instructed is outputted from the image formation job management server to an image formation device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
