PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone control circuit for automatically controlling an on-state and off-state, and to provide a microphone. SOLUTION: The circuit has a distance censor 100 for measuring the distance between a human body and the microphone, and an output control means 300 for setting a microphone output large when the distance is not greater than a first threshold, and setting the microphone output small when the distance is not less than a second threshold.
