PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fastening the nuts of a tie-bar which has the same diameter but neither a notch nor a difference in level over a total length while for tracking the tie-bar length at drawing out the tie-bar fastened by the tie-bar nuts fastening method. SOLUTION: A tie-bar nut 16 with flange is screwed at one end of a tie-bar 15 of an injection molding machine so that the tie-bar end face may project from the tie-bar nuts, and a press plate is applied to the tie-bar end face projecting from the same nuts, and fastening is made between nuts' flange sections 18 and the press plate by two or more bolts 20. At the same time, at least two sets of sensor for detecting the tie-bar are mounted in the tie-bar through hole of a movable panel 13 at the position apart from the distance shorter than the thickness of the movable panel. Controlling is made so that, at drawing out the tie-bar to one end side, the other side of the tie-bar may be positioned between two sets of the tie-bar detecting sensor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
