PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pressurize inside of a fuel tank without providing piping passage with a pressurizing pump or the like and without directly connecting a passage for pressurization to the fuel tank. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a bypass passage 14 connecting a purge passage 6 of a canister 4 and a transfer passage 13 transferring fuel in a sub chamber 8 side of inside of the fuel tank 2 to a main chamber 7 side, a switching control valve V3 opening and closing the bypass passage 14, a pressure control valve V2 opening and closing a charging passage 3 guiding vaporized fuel in the fuel tank 2 to the canister 4, an orifice 15 giving resistance to flow of fuel in the transfer passage 13. In leak check, inside of the fuel tank 2 is pressurized by a jet pump 12 while transfer of fuel is controlled by the orifice 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
