PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start an emergency reporting function and a network service function whose emergency is not required by one button, and to surely transmit emergency reports. SOLUTION: When a help key 121 arranged at a portable communication terminal 1 is depressed longer than a fixed time, a help service(a kind of network service) function is started, and a help menu picture is displayed on a display part 11. When the help service whose emergency is not required with respect to a lost child or the like is selected, a corresponding service is started. When an emergency report item such as an accident is selected, or a predetermined time passes as nothing is done, emergency reports are automatically transmitted to an emergency reporting center.
