PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change characteristics of an optical low-pass filter according to photographer's photography intention and photographic conditions, to realize the optical low-pass filter itself at a low price, and to realize an imaging device equipped with an optical low-pass filter suitable to a lens change type imaging device using a large-sized imaging element requiring, especially, a large-area optical low-pass filter. SOLUTION: The imaging device has a replaceable photography optical system and a shutter which is openably/closeably arranged near an imaging plane and whose exposure time is mechanically controlled, and further has an optical low-pass filter which is arranged in an optical path on the imaging plane side rather than on the imaging optical system and configured in a nearly parallel flat plate shape on the whole, and further entirely or partially driven by a very small quantity in the exposure time wherein the shutter is opened to displace the optical axis of the photography optical system.
