PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear attachment comprising deodorant yarns, having excellent deodorant effect on basic malodorous substances, so designed as not to be reduced in a deodorant function even after repeated washing to be improved in wash resistance, touch to the skin, and texture so that wearing feeling is improved. SOLUTION: The deodorant underwear is such that the deodorant attachment comprising deodorant yarns absorbing basic malodorous substances to remove the odor is attached to the fabric used for the underwear main body.
