PURPOSE: An elastic protruding type eraser device and a writing tool with the same are provided to make the use very convenient because an eraser is protruded by the elastic operation of an elastic member and make it very easily attachable to a typical sharp pencil. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a cylindrical housing(10) provided with a multistage stopping ridge(12); a cylindrical internal frame provided with at least one pair of cutout portions of slit type facing each other and a large diameter end portion(24) of a predetermined thickness; an elastic member which is to be inserted into the internal frame via one opening portion; a stopping part provided with a body and a pair of first arms(44); and an eraser(50) which is inserted into the internal frame and reciprocates in a lengthwise direction in contact with the upper end portion of the stopping part.
