PURPOSE: A receiver elevating telephone is provided to stand a receiver holder up if a user wants to make a call or a call is received, when the receiver holder is set in a setting groove while a telephone receiver is inserted, thereby minimizing a space for installing a telephone as implementing user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A receiver holder(20) is stood up for a telephone body(10) in order to use a receiver(50). When a call is received, the receiver holder(20) is automatically stood up for the telephone body(10), so that a user holds the receiver(50) in stand-up state. The receiver holder(20) is integratedly rotated with an elevating rotational axis(30) installed inside of the telephone body(10). The elevating rotational axis(30) is rotated by an elastic force of an elevating spring(35). If the call is received or the user attempts calling while the receiver holder(20) is suspended on one side of a body case(11), the receiver holder(20) is stood up by the elastic force of the elevating spring(35) by releasing the suspended state of the receiver holder(20).
