FIELD: filtration processes; pre-coat filters; treatment of sewage or extraction of valuable components contained in liquid. SUBSTANCE: liquid to be cleaned is fed tangentially under pressure to pr-coat filter housing through branch pipes. Ball located inside filter moves relative to filtering partition under action of centrifugal force; density of this ball is lesser than density of liquid being cleaned; during its motion, ball packs and smoothes-out layer of sediment on filter element. Proposed filter makes it possible to reduce volume of first filtrate due to forced packing of layer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; improved quality of cleaning due to smooth distribution of thickness of pre-coat layer on filter element. 2 dwg |
