PURPOSE: A method for issuing electronic cash according to purchase of an extension memory card is provided to increase the sale profits through predominance for the extension memory card and an AD(ADvertisement) of other makers by offering the electronic cash for using the charged contents to a mobile communication terminal of a user. CONSTITUTION: A charged contents site cooperated with the maker of the purchased memory card decides accordance of a maker code and a manufacturing ID. If the maker code and the manufacturing ID of the memory card are agreed with the maker code and the manufacturing ID registered to the charged contents site, the charged contents site cooperated with the maker of the memory card issues a predetermined amount of the electronic cash to the mobile communication terminal.
