APPARATUS FOR GUIDING TOP END PART OF COIL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for guiding the top end part of coil is provided to prevent generation of flaws such as scratches on coil, prevent damage of facility generated when the top end part of the coil is collided with the facility and improve productivity and actual yield. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an operation unit part comprising a touch roll rotated with being contacted with an outer coiling part of coil(50) and an operation motor connected to the touch roll to operate moving speed of the top end part of coil strip through rotation amount of the touch roll; a back and forth moving unit part comprising a pressure roll(237) contacted with the top end part of the coil strip, a magnetic positioned in front of the pressure roll and magnetically closely adhered to the top end part of the coil strip, and a back and forth moving cylinder(203) for moving forward the pressure roll and magnetic as much as the moving speed of the top end part of the coil strip operated in the operation unit part to move forward the top end part of the coil strip in the state that the top end part of the coil strip is fixed by the magnetic; and a control part for cohesively fixing the top end part of the coil to the magnetic, rotating the coil, rotating the touch roll contacted with the coil along the coil, operating moving speed of the top end part of the coil strip by the operation motor through transmission chain and moving the pressure roll and magnetic to the same speed as the moving speed through the back and forth moving cylinder.
