PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet, even by forming the adhesive layer consisting of a water dispersed type adhesive layer on a substrate consisting of a thermoplastic resin, capable of maintaining a sufficient adhesive strength between them, and further capable of aiming at the reduction of an environmental loading material. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet is obtained by applying a water soluble or dispersive polymer having an amino group on a base substrate 1 consisting of a thermoplastic resin film and drying to form a binder layer 2, applying through the binder layer 2, a water-dispersed type adhesive containing a water dispersed adhesive-imparting resin obtained by dispersing a water dispersive type polymer consisting mainly of a (meth)acrylic acid ester as a main component by using an anionic dispersing agent and a non-ionic dispersing agent simultaneously, on the substrate 1 and then drying to form the adhesive layer 3.
