PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial radium hot spring facilities in which the radiation dose of water for a warm bath in a bathtub is constantly kept in a fixed range. SOLUTION: In this artificial radium hot spring facilities, a manufacturing device (1) for the water for the warm bath and the bathtub (3) are coupled together via a supply pipe (5); the water for the warm bath, which is manufactured by the device (1) and includes radioactivity, is supplied to the bathtub (3); a circulation pipe (31), which goes out of the bathtub (3) and returns to the bathtub (3), is formed so that the water for the warm bath can be constantly circulated via the circulation pipe (31); a filter (35) and a radiation dosimeter (37) are arranged in the circulation pipe (31); and new water for the warm bath is supplied to the bathtub (3) from the device (1) via the supply pipe (5) when the radiation dose of the water for the warm bath, measured by the radiation dosimeter (37), reaches a fixed value or below, so that the radiation dose of the water for the warm bath in the bathtub (3) can be constantly kept in the fixed range.
