PURPOSE: A method for making a clear file is provided to bond an inner paper to an inner sheet firmly so that the inner paper is not spoiled or released, and to produce a high-quality clear file in a large amount at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: supplying a double-fold transparent synthetic resin film(12,14) for an inner sheet(B) at both sides of an opaque synthetic resin film(10) for an inner paper(A) to cover the top and back surfaces of the opaque synthetic resin film(10); bonding the bottom side of the transparent synthetic resin film(12,14) and that of the opaque synthetic resin film(10) by a first hot melt part(20); moving the films(10,12,14) of which the bottom sides are bonded by a desired distance together; cutting the outside of the first hot melt part(20) to form the inner sheet(B); stacking multiple inner sheets(B) inside the cover(22) of the file; and fixing the inner sheets(B) to the inside of the cover(22), while the free ends(16) of the transparent synthetic film(12) and the free ends(18) of the transparent synthetic resin film(14), that are opposite each other on the center line of the inner sheets(B), are bonded together by a second hot melt part(24) on the inside center line of the cover(22) to fix the inner sheets(B) to the inside of the cover(22).
