The adaptor (1) for simple fastening of accessories on a vehicle has a base component (5) fastened directly or indirectly on the vehicle, and a plug-in component (6) fastened directly or indirectly on the accessory. A slot (7) is formed in the base component into which is inserted the plug-in component from one direction. The slot and plug-in component are constructed so that the plug-in component is held in the slot in both directions perpendicularly to the insertion direction. An independent claim is included for a fastening device for a cable winch including the proposed adaptor.
