<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing precision and prevent color smearing by suppressing blurring of a photosensitive drum. <P>SOLUTION: A drum cylinder, a pair of flanges engaged to both ends of the drum cylinder and caulked at two points facing each other, a rib installed radially from an outer peripheral part to the inner peripheral part are provided and the rib and the caulking points are deviated in the direction of the periphery. Furthermore, the drum cylinder and the pair of flanges engaged to both ends of the drum cylinder and caulked in two points facing each other, a photoreceptor supporting shaft projecting from the photoreceptor, a flange fixing pin engaging with the photoreceptor supporting shaft and a groove which is orthogonal to the axial direction and passing through the center of the shaft are provided. A caulking part of the cylinder is provided in extension of the direction of the flange fixing pin axis which is engaged in the groove engaged with the flange fixing pin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
