PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel connection structure which is connected to other panels without use of bolts or rivets and can be easily used for assembly of a housing case and panel connection method, and further, the housing case and its assembling method. SOLUTION: The panel connection structure is used for a housing case provided with a roof panel and a plurality of sheets of wall panels 11. The roof panel or the wall panels 11, 12 have fitting grooves 14a, 12b formed with respective common shapes at the peripheries. A pair of panels 11, 11 (or 11, 12) arranged so that the fitting grooves 14a, 12b are confronted to each other are mutually connected to each other through a fitting member 20 fitting to a fitting hole H1 formed by the pair of fitting grooves 14a, 14a (or 14a, 12b) through a packing 23 therebetween.
