PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric retractable rearview mirror having excellent waterproof without being exposed to the outside by providing an operation angle regulating mechanism in a retraction driving unit. SOLUTION: The operation angle regulating mechanism 32 is provided in the retraction driving unit 3. As a result, waterproof and airtightness are kept and an operation trouble is not generated due to entering of foreign matter, etc., not only when an electric retraction operation is performed but also when a mirror assembly 2 is rotated due to deviation of an angle regulating range (electric operation range) by applying shock to the mirror assembly 2.
