The device (1) is equipped with an upper frame (3) resting on a lower frame (2) and moved with an hydraulic cylinder (5) horizontally towards the vehicle (38) to be loaded after the filling of the collection container (18) has been signaled by the sensor elements. When the inner lateral edge of the upper frame (3) overlaps with the loading platform of the parallel positioned vehicle (38) a tilting cylinder (4) lifts the opposite edge of the platform facilitating the container (18) or palette (17) to slide along rollers located on top of the frame (3) onto the loading platform while the moving unit is returned to its prior position.
