PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating the occurrability of air bubbles between an adhesive sheet and an adherend, when the adhesive sheet laminated by a base material and an adhesive is pasted to the adherend and to provide the adhesive sheet, in which air bubbles hardly occur. SOLUTION: In the evaluating method, the difficulty in air bubbles, between the adhesive sheet and the adherend, is evaluated by a stress value at a stress of 600% or lower in a stress-distortion curve of the adhesive in the adhesive sheet laminated by the base material and the adhesive. It is possible to provide the adhesive sheet, in which air bubbles hardly occur when the adhesive is pasted by the adhesive sheet of which the stress value at a distortion of 600% at a tensile speed of 300 mm/min is 50 N/cm<SP>2</SP>or lower and the stress value at a distortion of 100% is 6 N/cm<SP>2</SP>or less in an environment at 23°C and at a humidity of 50%.
