PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stripping electrostatic charge generated when a photosensitive florescent materia layer and a photosensitive adhesive layer are transferred to an adherend by means of a transferring film, and prevent the blocking of a supporting body and a cushion layer. SOLUTION: At least one layer of the photosensitive adhesive layer 3 and the photosensitive fluorescent material layer 4 are formed between the supporting body 6 and a cover film 2, and the cushion layer 5 composed of a thermoplastic resin is installed between the photosensitive fluorescent body layer 4 and the supporting body 6, and furthermore, as for the photosensitive fluorescent body layer 4 and the photosensitive adhesive layer 3, electrostatic charge prevention layers 1, 7 constituted of tin-oxide dispersion elements are formed on the supporting body 6 face and the cover film 2 face respectively at opposite sides relative to the fluorescent body layer and the photosensitive adhesive layer.
