PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheetlike product formed out of a fibrous base material, having excellent flexibility, having an oil-like moisture feel which natural leather has, and scarcely causing migration of an oily substance, such as an oil, and to provide a method for producing the sheetlike product. SOLUTION: This sheetlike product is formed by making (B) a silicone gel exist at least in the inside of (A) the fibrous base material in an amount of 0.1-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the fibrous base material (A).
