PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that a place, wherein a supporting leg can be installed, is sometimes restricted because a floor joist member, wherein level-adjusting internal threads are arranged at prescribed intervals, is used in a vibration-proof floor-joist construction method for a conventional soundproof double floor. SOLUTION: In this soundproof double floor, a rail is provided in the floor-joist member, and the internal thread is structurally made freely movable. Holes for use in level adjustment are premade in the floor-joist member at prescribed intervals, and can be drilled and adjusted on a job site even in the misalignment of the positions of the holes.
