<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high speed processing by reducing defect decision time of an object, comprising extraction time of a feature point in an image processing part and the defect decision time by a data processing part. <P>SOLUTION: In an image processor having an imaging device 1 for outputting image data by imaging the object, a coordinate management part 3 for extracting coordinate data by processing the image data, an image processing part 4 for extracting the feature point by processing the image data and for outputting brightness data and a write signal of the feature point, a memory 5 for writing and storing the coordinate data and the luminance data of the feature point and a data processing part 6 for deciding the object by processing the data stored in the memory 5, a mask processing part 7 for deciding whether or not a coordinate of the feature point is in a region outside a processing object and for invalidating write of the data of the feature point in the memory 5 when the coordinate is in the region outside the processing object is provided.
