<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cutting coagulating device, which can be applied to not only treatment for coagulation and incision but also effective hemostatic treatment using high frequency current, to any desired living tissue, without replacing its treatment instrument according to the type of those treatments. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic cutting coagulating device is applied to the treatment for coagulation or incision to a living tissue portion picked up by a probe tip and a gripping member based on the vibration from an ultrasonic oscillator, and in addition, applied to hemostatic treatment to the living tissue portion through a connector which is electrically connected to a high-frequency power supply, using the high-frequency current given to at least either one of the probe tip or the gripping member both electrically connected to the connector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
